Agency Partners

White-label development for agencies.

Your agency keeps the client, the strategy, and the brand. Osuna Works handles the build behind the scenes — websites, iPhone apps, custom software, and automation — without stepping into your client relationship.

Start with one scoped project. If the relationship works for both sides, we can support more — subject to availability.

I need a development partner behind my agency's brand.

White-label development means Osuna Works builds technical work your agency sells while your agency remains the client-facing brand. You control the relationship, approvals, presentation, and what you charge. We take responsibility for the delivery we agree to handle.

The client relationship stays yours.

Clients introduced through an agency partnership remain your client relationship. Osuna Works does not solicit, market to, or pursue those clients directly. Direct communication with the client only happens when your agency wants it.

Your brand stays in front.

The work can be delivered without Osuna Works attribution. Client-facing presentation remains under your agency's brand.

The boundaries stay clear.

Before work begins, we define what Osuna Works owns, what your agency owns, who approves decisions, what is being delivered, and where the final work belongs.

What can my agency hand off?

Use Osuna Works when the work falls outside your internal capacity or technical bench. We can take a defined build, finish work already in motion, or become repeat production capacity after the relationship is proven.

Web design and development

White-label web development can include new business websites, redesigns, landing pages, existing-site recovery, integrations, launch work, technical search foundations, and ongoing technical upkeep where it belongs in the scope.

iOS app development

Hand us a new iPhone product, an unfinished app, an existing app that needs serious work, backend integration, App Store preparation, release work, or a focused product problem that needs to get finished.

Custom software and workflow automation

When the client needs more than a website, Osuna Works can build internal tools, dashboards, integrations, custom workflows, business software, and automation around the way the operation actually works.

My team is at capacity, or the project is outside our bench.

Your team is at capacity.

The agency won the project, but another build would overload the people already responsible for delivery.

The client needs something your agency does not build internally.

That may be an iPhone app, a custom business tool, an integration, or development beyond the agency's normal website scope.

Strategy and design are already handled.

If your agency has the approved direction, content, UX, or visual design, Osuna Works can take responsibility for the agreed development work rather than repeating work that is already finished.

A project is already in motion and needs technical ownership.

Existing code, unfinished builds, stalled implementation, or launch work can be evaluated before deciding whether the right answer is completion, repair, or replacement.

How would the partnership work with my agency?

  1. 01

    Bring the opportunity

Send the brief, requirements, approved designs, current site or app, repository information if appropriate, timeline, or simply the client problem that needs to be solved.

  2. 02

    Define the boundary

Agree on scope, responsibilities, access, deliverables, client-contact rules, timeline, approvals, and handoff before production begins.

  3. 03

    Build behind your brand

Osuna Works handles the agreed technical work while your agency stays in control of the client experience. Updates go through the workflow agreed for that project.

  4. 04

    Deliver and hand off

The agreed source code, access, deployment information, files, and project documentation go to your agency or client according to the project agreement.

Can I see production work?

These are public Osuna Works projects, not white-label agency engagements. They show the level of design, engineering, release work, and production responsibility we can bring behind an agency's brand.

Questions agencies ask before handing us client work.

Will my client know Osuna Works is involved?

Not unless you want them to. White-label work can stay behind your agency's brand. Osuna Works does not contact the client directly unless client communication is part of the arrangement you approve.

Who owns the client relationship?

Your agency does. You control the commercial relationship, pricing, approvals, and client communication. Clients introduced through an agency partnership remain your client relationship, and Osuna Works does not solicit, market to, or pursue those clients directly.

Who owns the finished work and source code?

Project-specific deliverables and source code are handed off to your agency or client after final payment, as defined in the project agreement. Third-party software, licenses, and pre-existing reusable Osuna Works tools remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms.

Can Osuna Works work under an NDA?

Osuna Works can sign a reasonable NDA before sensitive client or project information is shared.

Can you build from our designs or an existing project?

Yes. If your agency already owns strategy, UX, visual design, content, or an existing codebase, we can start from the work that is already approved and scope the technical responsibility from there. If design work is still required, that gets defined separately.

How is white-label work priced?

We scope the work and quote the project directly to your agency. Your agency controls the client-facing price and margin. No ongoing commitment is required to start.

Do we need an ongoing commitment?

No. Start with one scoped project. If the relationship works well for both sides, Osuna Works can support additional projects or recurring production capacity, subject to availability.

How do we start?

Send the brief, scope, project links, or a description of what your agency needs to [email protected], or book a consultation if you would rather talk through it first. You do not need to diagnose the technical solution before reaching out.

Need a build team without adding a build team?

Bring the brief, the timeline, or the client problem. We will tell you what Osuna Works can own, where the boundaries should be, and what it would take to deliver the work behind your agency's brand.
